You will need the following items to complete enrollment:
- Social Security Card
- Birth Certificate
- Residency Verification: Utility Bill or Copy of Lease/Mortgage
- Record of Current Immunizations
- Last Report Card (Optional)
**Early K testing is available for students who turn 5 after September 30th, but before December 31st**
RE-Enrollment Reminder: All returning students will be asked to submit updated proof of residency and a contact list. Thank you for working with us to ensure your records are up to date!
